What is a TELNET compatible router?
A TELNET compatible router is a home networking device that also has the special phone adapter features built into the equipment. In order to use a router with TELNET Telphony Packages it must be specially configured and have the appropriate software. Only routers that are in packaging specifically showing the TELNET brand are compatible with TELNET service. If you are not sure, please contact the TELNET Sales department.
Where can I purchase a TELNET compatible router?

I already have a TELNET compatible router, how do I get service?
Starting up with TELNET is easy. Just choose an internet calling plan that meets your needs, complete the simple online order process and you’ll be ready to make phone calls with your new account. Your TELNET Telephony service will be activated over the internet -- you won’t need to wait for any additional equipment.
What is the cost to sign up for TELNET packages?
Since you have already purchased a TELNET compatible router there are no activation or shipping fees to sign up for VoIP phone service. You only pay for the calling plan you choose.
Can I choose any TELNET plan?
Yes, you can choose any TELNET calling plan. TELNET offers multiple calling plans to meet your needs.
Residential:
TELNET Classic - ₤4.95: Free calls to TELNET customers and all calling features.
TELNET City700 - ₤9.95: Includes all calls to other TELNET numbers plus 700 outgoing minutes to Cypurs Local calls and all calling features.
TELNET Cosmos - ₤9.95: Includes all calls to other TELNET numbers and 250 minutes calling time to 210 countries, and all calling features.
TELNET Student - ₤18.95 per year: 2 Accounts in 1. Unlimited calling between the 2 accounts, 700 outgoing minutes to Cypurs Local calls, 250 minutes calling time to 210 countries, and all calling features.
Business:
TELNET Business Voice - Unlimited calls to TELNET numbers, plus a dedicated fax line and calling features great for small businesses. Save 40% on your phone bill!

How do I get help with phone service?
