PBX Programming In case your Business has a PBX (Private Branch Exchange) that can be configured, your PBX technician along with TelNET Telecom’s specialized engineers will configure it to route all calls to the TelNET Telecom network before every call made. Carrier Preselection In case your company does not have a PBX or the PBX is not configurable, call routing can be performed through TelNET Telecom Carrier Preselection, by listing all used phone numbers on the relevant application. The user’s phone line remains the same and can still receive incoming calls at the same number. Only outgoing calls are routed through TelNET .
